I hold immense gratitude to have the opportunity to practice as a therapist.

There is nothing I would rather do.

I am a Northern California local — I grew up in a small beach town South of San Francisco. Prior to becoming a therapist, I lived very different lives, from working in technology startups to serving in the US military. Following my military service, I felt disconnected from myself and the world around me. I came to understand the depths of my own wounding and felt called to devote myself fully to my healing path. This led me to pursue becoming a therapist.

I was trained at the California Institute of Integral Studies in Integral Counseling Psychology and at the Pierce Street Integral Counseling Center. I now practice depth psychotherapy work with the Center for Mindful Psychotherapy in San Francisco.
